They say marriage is the number one cause of divorce. For Alex and Whitney, it's one of many reasons they're determined not to take the plunge.

After going to yet another one of their friends' weddings, Whitney realizes that she and Alex are dangerously close to relationship boredom. She sees it happen all the time: pretty soon you're not dressing up for each other, you're not having enough sex, and you start fighting. Determined not to let that happen to them, Whitney consults her close circle of (opinionated) friends and snaps into action. A few awkward sexy costumes and one botched seductive evening later, they end up in the ER after Alex gets a concussion from a compromising position. Not exactly the mind-blowing experience she wanted, but you know what? That's all right. Their relationship might not be perfect on paper, but it works and they really do love each other.

Bright young comedian Whitney Cummings (Chelsea Lately) brings her unique and hilarious perspective on love to this new comedy series that proves there's no right way to be together... but there are plenty of wrong ways.

Whitney changing her white dress to a yellow before going to the wedding only for the bride to be wearing yellow as well which was amusing and trust Alex to knock himself out in a rush to get to Whitney in her nurse outfit but falling out of bed was priceless

Whitney insists that they follow all of the "rules" of a first date was amusing considering they have been together for three years but the second date was better

Sponge boob sweat pants was a funny line but Alex lying about checking her out was a bad move considering she wouldn't let it drop and how could Roxanne not tell the difference between Prague and Rome

Well Whitney trying pretend she was romantic was amusing because you could tell she didn't like it. Buying a sword for an engagement but i am glad he proposed instead of her.

Roxanne sending naked photos to someone she was chatting too on line was interesting but the message she got back from his mother was amusing and as a proposal goes this was good

Whitney deciding she is going to catch Alex using the condescending "tone," was interesting but the way Whitney performed in front of the camera was amusing but after he finds out about the camera and he gets his own back by getting her to lap dance was priceless

Alex and Mark breaking up because he asked him to recycle his beer can was crazy but Whitney stepping in for the guy's night out was amusing

Whitney describing her racket ball game as felling like a porn star after horse back riding lesson was amusing but who would of though she would wipe the floor with him at basketball considering how bad she was at racket ball

Mark's idea of getting a rescue dog was great but his comparison to women was terrible and the process not being as easy as they'd hoped especially when dealing with pound owner Mrs. Janks which was amusing but the the dog they got and being so ill was nice gesture but you knew he wouldn't last long

Roxanne asking Alex's to do the hormone injection was priceless but Whitney sleepwalking after she went to see her therapist was interesting

Whitney and Alex lying about going away for Christmas almost backfired when her father ran them to the airport but feeling sorry for her father being alone she decides to go and visit him only to find him with her mother which was amusing

Whitney coming home early and finding Alex in a compromising position was priceless but the comment about his socks and washing his hands was funny, Lily being nervous about being herself, specifically in the bathroom was interesting
