Help! Bought points under wrong user ID

Ok, I am totally frustrated. I only use FriendsVista to buy F$ for VIPTV. I once again forgot my password, so tried to reset it....11 times! It never worked. finally found an email from the last time I did this. Different username but figured what the heck.. At least I can sign on to FV. I thought I would have the option to specify where the F$ came from. So I proceeded and bought my F$. Signed back on to VIP and tried to convert points. WRONG! Now I have point under one user name and VIPTV under another!

Your best recourse would be to send a PM to lbjedward one of our Admins and ask if the points can be applied to the correct account. I shall also send a PM to alert him to your problem.
