Hello, I was issued a VIP card to help reimburse my points lost due to a computer issue in the past due to VIP TV NET.  The instructions say that I should log into the VIP Card activation on the right hand side of the screen next to LogOut and Message.  There is no tab available for me to use to activate my VIP card issued to me.  Help?  Thanks

try logging in with the number as the username, and the password as the password.

let me know if that works. The shows will not show up in your history, but you will be able to use those points.

If it says LogOut and Message, you're already logged in.
Click on Member Center (right corner), and then Activate VIP Card. Copy and paste the Card serial number and the Card password. Then click Submit.

Have no idea why I couldnt figure that out on my own.  Once I realized what I was supposed to do it made PERFECT sense to me.  Ha ha.  Thanks so much for going to the trouble to help me out!  Really kind of you to go to that trouble.  It was easy to apply the VIP card points once I went to Member Center.
