That is highly unusual. Jim's suggestion to contact our site administrator is a good one. You are welcome to use both methods - PM and email - to make sure he receives your message. If you have not had a response within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to post again, or to send me or another moderator a PM so that we can also contact LBJ on your behalf. Sometimes, member emails accidentally get sent to his junk folder, so they might be inadvertently missed.
