No you don't need to download anything you just simple play the episode you want The files in your library you can watch ( it's illegal have them on your computer) but new episode from now on you can't

Yes i keep getting this with today update you have keep trying until the episode works Stargate universe took 3 attempt until i actually got episode load correctly Sanctuary also 3 times

hi ritac-p welcome to the forum. You can watch the episode as many times on the site as you want within 24hrs and will not be charged any extra points. As bala has pointed out the downloading of episodes is illegal in some countries and is not promoted or supported by this site.

Episode 11 is "Betrayed" then next one is Narco, Part 2 - clearly an episode is missing.

I know that that sometimes happens and that's what I assumed. However, when I opened it and watched the reprise of the last episode it really didn't look like anything I had seen before and it definitely isn't the plot of Betrayed. Could you check that there really isn't a missing episode please.

according to Tv.com and IMDB their is Narco Part 1 and a Narco Part 2, admin have been made aware of this problem.

Apart from not being able to change the size of the player, I’m actually quite happy with the changes that were made. The episodes load fast, the picture is crystal clear and the annoying logo was gone within hours So before the admins might consider going back to RP, maybe you should put up a poll for the members. Not on the forum but on viptv, I’m sure there are a lot of members who don’t experience any problems with flash and therefore are not posting anything. And to everyone who is complaining about not being able to download anymore: yes, this was a convenient feature, but downloading was never the point of this site, they always made that clear, so you can’t really blame the admins for not taking this into consideration...

I have put in many hours troubleshooting RP for my PC and then my Mac. It was frustrating at the time, but I was extremely pleased with the service and your awesome site made my nomadic lifestyle a little more comfortable (as you can see by my recent $100 purchase). I have been trying very hard to get this to work in flash, to no avail. I see no advice to make it work. The video will only load 1 out of 5 times, then will only load for 1-3 minutes. The 1-3 min of video is choppy and out of synch. Even if the videos played, I am less likely to use the site because it is impossible to multi-task without a separate sizeable window. I would appreciate an email indicating when the reported "bugs" have been fixed, and if there is information on whether any setting can make the site usable again. I do appreciate everything you guys have done, but I also accept that I might just not be the target user anymore and will be sad to move on....... I am not opposed to putting in a little work to get the settings usable, but if this is the future of the site, I would appreciate a full refund of my attempts to make it work and my $100 that cannot be used.

I didn't read everyone's posts above...too many. But the site no longer works for me since the upgrade. I'm on a mac. Still using Flash 10.1 or whatever it was that was recommended. The suggestion was to not upgrade as it worked best with that. Are we to upgrade now? All I get is endless cycling and a message that says stream not found. Sad.

wait, seems to be working now! yay. just certain episodes aren't...i.e. the latest United States of Tara. Is that merely a problem with that episode?

It is an annoyance when it drops and you have to spend 5 or more minutes trying to get another connection, got to 35:56 of Chuck vs Agent X and haven't been able to go farther, buffering doesn't go any farther. Closing the browser and restarting doesn't help. Going to another browser doesn't help. Also have gotten stream not found on both servers for Stargate Universe 2x19, have tried multiple times. This has worked for me, but it wasn't during peak times. I think the load of peak times is causes loss connection to the server. Edit: Finished Chuck on Hulu, have finally connected to SGU and trying to buffer the whole show. [ Last edited by sanggye at 5-3-2011 19:46 ]

I would suggest checking the forum. We have too many members to send an email re: bugs to each one. Have you gone through the recommendations in this thread? Also, not sure if you can use it on a MAC, but some have found it works better using Google Chrome as their browser.

Thanks; I tried everything but Chrome, I am on a Mac. It looks like the biggest problem is that I am always traveling so do not have a strong connection. It sounds like that is a deal breaker for the upgrade.

Same here exactly Rp was working very well for over a year now & wasn't this bad ever! Fp is a bandwidth & resource hog
