Site looks ok, but still very slow loading. I don't like that you now have lo log in to watch free shows!!

i hate it. it crashes my browser every time i try to watch a show. yesterday, everything worked fine. today nothing works. i think that the old listing of updated shows was better: it listed more shows and color-coded the most recent updates. who cares about traffic except the webmasters? reduce the traffic category, and increase the number of shows in the updates category. you've gotten rid of the "coming soon" section--does that mean you aren't going to update regularly any more? please fix the site so that it works for everyone. i am on a mac with the latest version of firefox and real player. as i said, yesterday things worked, today they don't. plus the parts of the site that do load, load so so slowly...

My password doesn't work anymore! Help!

I get 404 Error code. Can't get VIP on Firefox at all anymore. On Mac Safari when I choose an episode (after much delay) the site crashes completely. I am now down 4 points and haven't watched anything yet. I don't know what to do. The site has really gotten better recently, but now it's broken. Thanks, donnamps

The site loads at a snails pace and then when I try to load episodes I can't watch a thing. It just crashes every time. This is so sad. I hope it's a temporary glitch and not how the site is staying. I'll never be able to use it again.

I absolutely hate the new site....some things i like about it but the way the shows are listed not in alphabetical order I think is the most annoying thing for me I can not even be bothered looking for shows through it now with out them being sorted into the categories. I won't be re-newing my subscription.

The forum link from the main site does not work. It looks nice but please please please put the shows back into Categories. That was how I searched for new shows to watch now i have to troll through so many I won't have time to watch once I have found one I like

Since yesterday the site has been crashing the browser every time it is starting to open an episode. I have not been able to watch anything since the new format was put into place. Please fix this soon as I do like this website and have used it a lot recently.

I don't like the new site. I think there is too much going on and its too crowded. Please change it back to the old site. Or maybe have an option where you can view either the new site or old one. thank you

So far I do not like it The loading is slow IF it loads and doesn't give the 404 page. It is not clear which shows have been updated since the day before. The listings for shows are no longer seperated so you can go directly where you want to go. All in all it's not working for me yet. I do however plan to give it time for the bugs to be worked out and for your team to come up with a better plan for the show listings and the updated shows. In the past as you are well aware, each day the updated shows were posted in red or pink(for new season beginners) which made it easy to know what shows have shown a new episode. There is nothing equivalent to that on this site which makes it more difficult for my family, perhaps others feel differently. Of course this is only my opinion and not set in stone! I hope my comment is helpful in any minute way, I would count that a success. Thanks for trying and keep trying I have faith the new layout will be better as time goes on. I hope so anyway! The new look is nice, though I thought the old one was fine as well. But I think now there's a bit too much unnecessary information, such as "playing now" or "promoted shows". The episode names are a nice addition and the search function is also a good idea, but I'm really missing the categories, it made browsing for a new show to watch much easier, you should think about bringing them back. Also I'm agreeing with a lot of the other members, the color coding of the updated shows was very useful as well. I don't really get the new system, as some of the updated episodes are bold and some are not... And one more thing, I have a 100 points VIP card from the game site, but with the new site I can't put it on my VIP account anymore, the link given in the exchange logs doesn't work as well. Just a few things I've noticed, keep up the good work

I would like to echo the comments about wanting the color coding of the recent updates back, and listing more of the recent updates. Even if you're using a template you didn't design yourselves, those changes should be pretty easy for anyone with web design experience. Thank you for finally including episode titles. I love the fact that I will no longer have to Google "list of [show name] episodes" to find the last show I have watched. I would like to see the viewing history become a bit more user friendly, as has been stated by others. The general user unfriendliness of the viewing history has been a problem since I started on viptv. All in all, I think the new layout is a step in the right direction.

Wow! I love the new look and the extra features. You guys did a fantastic job. Thank you for all the work and I am sure the few bugs will be cleaned up. Well done!

Hi, thanks for your efforts to fix the bugs. However, my browser (both Firefox and Safari) still crashes. It happens with both the US server and the EU server.

Looks Good. Unfortunately, I cannot log on any more! Keep getting password error! I haven't changed the password in a year now! Would love to watch !!!

Thanks for your response... but the EU server crashes too. Still can't watch anything.

Does anyone know what time zone VIP is in i know the forum is GMT the reason i asked is because i am watching a show which i started at 5PM UK but in Viewing History it is 9AM are they in different time zones or is it a glitch
