All day yesterdat (CST) and until just a few minutes ago I got the same 404 error message and couldn't access the site. Today both VIPtv.com and this site are so slow that it almost isn't worth bothering. I figure the "glacier slow" loading will work its way out of this in the next day or so. It's hard to know whether I like the new sit or not since it moves so slow. (I know its not my system everything else loads etc. just fine). Also, I thought Law and Order was going to be added to new shows? Am I just missing something because I lost patience with the slowness or just didn't see it?

Same as with several other guys. Firefox and Safari crashes (on my Intel Mac) immediately after the Real viewer starts. So, cannot watch any episodes = not happy at all. Also, page loading today is extremely slow.

That would be of the new site and down to the amount of people wanting to check out the new site

I feel like honesty should be used. I really love your services and again, you gave me full support when i needed it and that since you guys opened the site. But honestly, before the look i believe you guys should of work on the 'load time'. It took me pretty much 5 minutes to login to the site, i couldnt vote for the poll because there was a load time error. And the site is a slow as before, same for the forums. i will try to give as much 'cronstructed criticism' as possible and that speaking as a webdesigner and web developer. The design Much better and improved. It is organised and 'free' the space is used and there is much more data than before and a better access to the shows. I personally don't like the navigation, the gradient is just not good, should have a little glow and should not go from black to grey. The search box should be styled with some CSS which would take 2 minutes top! You guys should definitelly think of a new logo... probably make a contest on finding VIPTV a new logo and give some free points to the winner... it'll atract people and give you a free logo! The site features Well organazation is key with that much data and you guys are handling it pretty well. Everything is there and you are not lost. No colors ? Oops, i believe that's a mistake, it was a great idea to include a coloring system for new shows, season premiers and old shows. The new search by titles, shows or stars is great, it's an easy way to find what you are looking for. No validation, well your site is used by many people... lots of lots of lots of people and i believe it should at least get to the W3C validator... where it's not right now. I believe it's important for a big site because there is a lot of data and it should be coded and handled correctly. Use of tables. Again, that KILLS me to see it, it's really not a way to organize data... and it gives HUGE load times. Now don't get me wrong, when data is taken from a database it should be organized by tables but a SITE should not be organized with it. CSS 2 is here, Divisions were created for that... you guys are using some... but not correctly. Overall The design is better, the features are better but the coloring system should be back (would take 5 minutes to add classes to each different links and give them different color values). But i believe the features and design were not the primerly problem or at least the very first thing to do. It took me 5 minutes to login to FriendVista and sometimes it takes that much for viptv.net You guys are probably handling a million request a month ? i believe it's time to spend some $$$ to get a full runing server for the site and the forums because load time is tolerable for shows... but not for the site. I am from France and wow... it really kills me to wait 5 minutes to post a message that might not be posted because of a load time error... i have to copy each message i post in case! Anyways, i really prefer this site than the other but really it should be coded differently which will give you better load time and it should probably have a better server or two ? Would not be that hard to have a European site and a Us site for example. the new system does not work at all. It attempts to load the chosen show, then firefox crashes. Previously I had no viewing problems.

I like the new look and I especially like the new search feature. I know once all the bugs are worked out, it will be great. The only thing I miss is when they colored the episode updates and the Watch Movies Online link on the home page. Also I can't seem to find the member's Center. I have had a lot of trouble logging in to the game site and other parts of the site today. The site has been very slow but I just figured it was because they are working on the servers. I think you guys have come a long way since you first started the VIP site. It just keeps on getting better and better. I just want to thank you for a great web site and keep up the good work.. Like many others have said. I have a few problems. 1) Why do I have to open my real player to make it so that I don't get an error message over and over for the entire episode? Can we get this fixed. Yes, it is a solution on my end, but opening real player is darn annoying. 2)I Miss the color code, it helped me out a lot 3)I don't like the episode numbers being in reversed order 4)Can we PLEASE get the rest of the viewing history back? I need to know where I left off in a season! 5)It is very slow to load for me too! I think it has potential, but there are still a lot of problems and it wasn't quite ready to go public yet. Hope you all can fix the problems pretty quickly .

Opening RP can be annoying at first, but it helps a lot when you do because not only does it not show the error message but it loads much quicker. Plus you get a bigger screen.

We have ALWAYS recommended that you open your own Real Player. The added benefit is that for those who don't have unlimited viewing, it helps to bypass the 30 clicks if they experience a problem with an episode as you can reload in your own RP on the initial click. As others have said, there are always bugs to be worked out when any change is made. Not everyone will be happy, but the idea is to improve the site so that it benefits the majority of users. Reply to Granny Penny: Member's Center is now just Account. The one glitch we've noticed is there is nowhere to exchange VIP cards, but this has been brought to LBJ's attention.
