VIP Help!! ~ RealPlayer Troubleshooting Help

I have uninstalled firefox, real player and quicktime. I have installed all of the current versions and I keep getting the same message. Plug-in is disabeled (whatever that means). I have lost over 12 points and I have no idea what is going on. What should I do???? I am using windows XP.
