Hereos didn't work lost a token

I didnt know where to post this is has happened to me before. I clicked on Heroes season 3 number 7 it didn't play. is the file missing. I lost my tokens for clicking on it.

Thanks that was fast. but what aabout the link on the show when will that be fixed. I don't want to click on it again til i know it's fixed.
