I have tried CS live help and sending PMs to lbjedward but have not received a response. I cannot view episode 7 season 1 of the x-files. Every time I try and watch it the screen loads black and says done. As you can see from my viewing history I have tried many times. I have been watching other episodes today with no problems and the one before and after work fine. I also tried episodes 8 and 9 and they too are giving me the same problem. I just dont want to lose points for things I dont get to view. At this point the 24hrs has passed since i did not receive a reply to my inquiry sent via PM I have sent two a about 4 days ago to lbjedward on the forum as thats what we are instructed to do and now the 24 hrs has well passed and I am out points for 3 episodes I am unable to view I would like the points restored for the 3 episodes I cannot view. I understand this but the problem I have is that when if I cant view an episode and keep clicking to try to view it, I could either go over 30 times and get charged again, or try and wait and it still doesnt work and 24hrs pass. Both servers do this and I have no idea why all of a sudden it decides to do this, I am up to 16 tries on the episode I have been trying and need to be careful I dont go over the 30 that I am allowed. And while I will continue to try and view it since the points have been taken, it goes back to what I said above about running out of clicks or time =/

Barb, Thanks so much for your reply. Stone got my points taken care of from the first incident but now I am on xfiles season 1 episode 14 and the problem is happening again (both servers). So far I havent lost any points because I am being careful not to click over 30 times. I want to keep trying but dont want to get charged again. To see if it would happen with any other shows I went ahead and tried a free show but I still have the same problem there so its just not with the xfiles episode. Thank you for your help, Lisa

PS- I just wanted to let you know that I tried your right clicking advice but when I right click on the initial window that opens up nothing happens. I tried it again and again but no luck. [ Last edited by mssweet at 6-18-2008 23:48 ]

Yes, I do have it downloaded as I have used it before. I am not sure what the problem is and why its only happening for me. If you like I can take a screenshot of the window when it opens and then goes black so you can see what it looks like. Again, you can right click anywhere on it and it does nothing. Let me know if you would like a screenshot and how you would like it sent. Thank you, Lisa
