lost points

this is a last resort for me to post on the public forum.
i have made several attempts at pm-ing regarding lost points.
no one has pm-ed me back or reinstated my points.
i've lost 28 points to date.
is the brush off a hint, not to donate again?
i'm just wondering because i first emailed about this in january.
