For the last few weeks I haven't been able to communicate with the Live CS any more. The window opens and they ask me how they can help me but after that I don't get any response... I tried new logins, restarted my computer, waited a day...nothing helped - and now that I was hoping so much to get help with my max-click-bug I still can't type with them!!! It used to work rather smoothly

Update: it finally worked again and I was told they could see my questions but apparently I couldn't see their answers -just as I thought... so I wish you a good night!
