Show - Star Trek Voyager Episode - Season 2, episodes 9 & 11 Server used - both Problem Details - The two episodes are swapped in the order they should be. IE: Episode #9 is "Tattoo", but you have "Maneuvers" there, which is actually #11. When you click on #11, you are showing episode #9. Show - Star Trek Voyager Episode - Season 5, episodes 15 Server used - both Problem Details - towards end, the audio and video become unsynchronized, and the episode ends abruptly at 41:13.9 minutes. Approximately 5 minutes of the ending is missing. *EDIT* - apparently, this was a 2 hour long episode, and it just cuts off at the 41:13.9 mark. Episode 16 takes up immediately where 15 left off. Show - Star Trek Voyager Episode - Season 6, episodes 2 Server used - both Problem Details - The audio quality is so degraded you cannot hardly make out what anyone is saying. Very tinny with a LOT of background noise. Almost like it was recorded by an old tape player next to the speaker on a tv. Horrible!

Show - Star Trek: Voyager Episode - Season 6, Episode 23 Server used - BOTH Problem Details -The episode is missing the first part before the credits (the opening teaser). It starts after what would be the first commercial break, after the opening credits (where they show the episode title).

Show: NCIS Season: 3 Episode: #8 ("Under Covers") Server: Both Problem: The "teaser" part of the show (part before the opening credits) as well as the opening credits are missing. Show starts right after first commercial break.

Show - Bones Episode - Season 3, Episode 6 Server used - Both Problem Details - Aspect ratio is messed up (squished), episode seems out of synch (like PAL converted to NTCS poorly).

Show - Flashpoint Episode - 2x02 & 2x03 Server used - Both Problem Details - Episode 2x02 is supposed to be "Backwards Day" and 2x03 is "Haunting the Barn". However, the actual episodes when you click on them to view are backwards (ie - you click on "Backwards Day" and you get "Haunting the Barn", and vice-versa).
