Yeah I'm getting the same problem, both my firefox and realplayer are up to date, I've tried watching this episode 3 times now and still no sound, any suggestions??

I've tried opening this episode three times and it keeps coming up with a error message saying that a general error has been found on server 1, it happens on both the euero and US servers
