I cannot replicate this error on either server. This is more likely an issue at your end.

This episode repeats about 29 minutes in. The remaining part comes in around 34 minutes so there is a 5 minute repeat. This episode is really also 1x11 as I Saw This Pig And I Thought Of You is listed twice incorrectly.

Yes, there seems to be a problem with the EU server. Try using the US server. You won't be charged again as it's within 24hrs. Maybe try a free show on the US server first. Come back and let us know if the other server worked ok for you.
