Danni, to be honest, we don't exactly know either. Like you said, it's usually twice a month.
You know that we've recently sent all the "New Show" suggestions (500+) to our Administrators and hopefully that will allow them to advise us firstly what can be uploaded here and then eventually their upload order.
It's a good suggestion and we are working on an overall plan for new shows.
