Just to say I'm checking for you all as well. I'm not sure why it's not been uploaded yet. I'll check with Live CS when they come online. I know how frustrating this must be.

Just to let you know I've been speaking with the Live CS and they believe it will be uploaded in a few hours time. They are leaving a message for the Admin that it is high priority.
