Ok, you may have a corrupt Realplayer program. You should do a Clean Uninstall which is detailed in first post of this thread => VIP Help!!~ Real Player & Other Problems?? (Easy Tips & Fixes)

Did you read the whole Realplayer help thread? Things like your connection speed, parameter settings etc. Try everything on that thread. Sometimes it can be something small.
