I'm very disappointed with the "upgrade" to Flash. I was able to play videos no problem in RealPlayer. I also liked the feature of "downloading" videos before playing them on RealPlayer - this avoided the common problems with streaming. I don't think I'll continue on this site unless this is brought back.
