About The Blue Rose

The Blue Rose Premiered on TV3 on February 04, 2013

About the Show:
The Blue Rose is a contemporary, smart investigative drama in which the lowly back-room office staff join forces to fight for justice in a corrupt corporate world. This will involve bending of office etiquette, somewhat…
Jane is a humble office temp who takes on a new post at an inner city law firm and soon realises she’s not just filling in for a secretary with the flu - she’s sitting in a dead woman’s chair.
The deceased woman is Rose whose best friend Linda is convinced that she was murdered, despite police reports to the contrary. Linda quickly enlists Jane in her quest to find the truth and together they recruit the IT guy and the lady from payroll and form the Society of the Blue Rose.
With some help from others on the apparently lowlier rungs in the office – our heroes fight high stakes crimes and shadowy corporate skulduggery to uncover the truth about Rose. They are united in purpose - and tattoos - to seek out further injustices. But proving guilt is always harder than suspecting it…especially when you are the underdog.

About Red Widow

Red Widow Premiered on ABC on March 03, 2013

About the Show:
Marta Walraven seems to have an idyllic life. A stay-at-home mom in tony Marin County, just north of San Francisco, she is devoted to her three children and her husband. Behind this perfect façade, however, is a more complicated story: Evan, Marta’s husband, supports the family by exporting marijuana. Marta is familiar with the world of organized crime: her father, Andrei Petrov, and his loyal bodyguard, Luther, are Bratva – Russian gangsters – in San Francisco. It’s a world from which she and her sister Kat always wanted to escape, though they never quite did. Red Widow will premiere on SUNDAY, MARCH 3 (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on ABC. The regular timeslot premiere is SUNDAY, MARCH 10 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET).

But when Evan is brutally murdered in their driveway, everything changes. Marta’s first concern is to protect her children – and yet when FBI Agent James Ramos promises Marta justice in exchange for her cooperation, she cannot go against the Bratva code. She refuses his help.

Slowly, the truth about her husband’s murder begins to emerge: Evan’s business partners – Marta’s scheming brother, Irwin Petrov, and their best friend, the hapless Mike Tomlin – were involved in the theft of millions of dollars of cocaine from the formidable international crime boss, Nicholae Schiller. Evan paid with his life, but as far as Schiller is concerned, his debt is not clear. It falls to Marta, as Evan’s widow, to navigate the criminal underworld in order to repay this debt – in whatever way Schiller sees fit.

Hounded by the FBI on the one hand and by Schiller on the other, while also trying to raise three grieving kids on her own, Marta discovers a tenacity she never knew she had. As she hunts for the truth about her husband’s death and struggles to keep her children safe, she’ll rely on her resourcefulness, determination and her Bratva DNA like never before. But just how far is Marta willing to go in order to beat her adversaries at their own deadly game?

Red Widow stars Radha Mitchell as Marta Walraven, Sterling Beaumon as Gabriel Walraven, Clifton Collins Jr. as FBI Agent James Ramos, Luke Goss as Luther, Suleka Mathew as Dina Tomlin, Erin Moriarty as Natalie Walraven, Jaime Ray Newman as Kat Castillo, Jakob Salvati as Boris Walraven, Lee Tergesen as Mike Tomlin, Wil Traval as Irwin Petrov, with Rade Serbedzija as Andrei Petrov and Goran Visnjic as Nicholae Schiller.

Based on the Dutch series Penoza, Red Widow is executive-produced and written by Melissa Rosenberg (Dexter, “Twilight Saga” films), and executive-produced by Howard Klein (The Office, Parks & Recreation) and Alon Aranya. The series is produced by ABC Studios in association with Endemol Studios, and is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1-channel surround sound.

Season 1

Episode 1: Pilot (Mar/03/2013)
Marta Walraven, a stay-at-home mom in tony Marin County, near San Francisco, has spent most of her life staying out of her father's world of organized crime. But when her loving husband, Evan, who supports the family by exporting marijuana, is brutally murdered in their driveway, everything changes. Marta's primary concern is to protect her three children - and yet when an FBI agent promises justice in exchange for her cooperation, she hesitates to go against the "Bratva" (Russian mob) code. Evan's business partners - Marta's scheming brother, Irwin Petrov, and their best friend, the hapless Mike Tomlin - were involved in the theft of millions of dollars of cocaine from a formidable international crime boss, Nicholae Schiller. Evan paid with his life, but as far as Schiller is concerned, his debt is not clear. It is up to Marta, as Evan's widow, to navigate the criminal underworld in order to repay this debt - whatever way Schiller sees fit.

Episode 2: The Contact (Mar/03/2013)
In exchange for his stolen drugs, crime boss Schiller tells a still grieving Marta he wants her to import a shipment for him. But she doesn't know when or how he will contact her. She believes if she is successful, she will be free from Schiller's control. While waiting, she enlists Mike and her father, Andrei, to teach her the criminal business. Their first step is to find a customs official to pay off - requiring an uncomfortable Marta to use her feminine wiles and rethink how far she is willing to go to protect her children. Meanwhile, her young son, Boris, is still reeling after having witnessed his dad's death; Andrei has his bodyguard, Luther, keep watch over Marta's family; Marta's sister, Kat, steps in to help out at the house, causing conflict with her new husband; Marta's brother, Irwin, fights for his life while in jail for gun possession; and a suspicious Natalie asks FBI Agent James Ramos if her father was involved in illegal activities.

Episode 3: The Consignment (Mar/10/2013)
Marta's drug smuggle hits a snag when crucial details change at the last minute. She is forced to think on her feet, and is surprised by her own savvy. Meanwhile, her children become unwittingly involved in the FBI investigation against her, and Boris recalls a disturbing memory from his father's murder.

Episode 4: The Escape (Mar/17/2013)
Desperate to escape Schiller, Marta makes preparations to flee the country with her children. But her plan is derailed when Irwin is released from prison earlier than anticipated. Far from feeling contrite about his time served, Irwin is full of new plans for the expansion of "their" business -- including making a deal between Schiller and a notorious marijuana kingpin. Meanwhile, simmering tension between Irwin and Andrei comes to a head when Andrei refuses to back his son's new ventures, and a coke-addled Mike stoops to staging a robbery of his own home to pay off debts.

Episode 5: The Recorder (Mar/24/2013)
Determined to help build a case against Schiller, Marta agrees to wear a wire to a meeting with him. As she immerses herself deeper in Schiller's business, she finds herself working with Alexandra De Costa, a stunning and influential woman with whom Schiller has a long history.

Episode 6: The Captive (Mar/31/2013)
When Natalie goes missing, a frantic Marta fears the worst and, against her family's advice, turns to Schiller for help in finding her. Gabriel debates sharing where Marta has hidden Schiller's missing cocaine, and Irwin comforts Andrei's girlfriend, Felicity, after seeing how his father mistreats her.

Episode 7: The Coke (Apr/28/2013)
Marta discovers the painful truth about the identity of Natalie's kidnapper and learns a compelling new piece of information about her husband's murder. Meanwhile, Gabriel takes dangerous matters into his own hands, and Kat and Ramos rekindle their illicit relationship.

Episode 8: The Hit (May/05/2013)
Since Marta now believes Schiller murdered her husband, she asks Andrei and Luther to help her come up with a revenge plan to kill him during the gun exchange. Also, an emboldened Marta approaches Alexandra to take over Schiller's drug trade; and a remorseful Irwin tells Kat he wants to make up for the damage he's done.

About Nashville (2012)

Nashville Premiered on ABC on October 10, 2012

About the Show:
Music legend Rayna Jaymes reigns as the Queen of Country, but after two decades, her grip on the throne is slipping. Rayna refuses to be steamrolled by her record label as they present a new arrangement. And in the face of an evolving industry, Rayna is struggling to adapt and reinvent herself, which she must do if she plans to stay relevant.

Juliette Barnes is sexy, sassy, and trails trouble in her wake— she’s also the country’s #1 crossover artist. In her climb to the top, Juliette's public image is threatened by circumstances she struggles to control. And while she is determined to sit on Rayna's throne, Juliette refuses to deal with her difficult past.

Offstage, things aren't much smoother for Rayna. Her father, Lamar Wyatt, Nashville's most influential businessman, continues to complicate her life. Their strained relationship is defined by years of resentment and secrets that come to a head when Lamar and Rayna’s sister, Tandy, push Rayna's husband to run for mayor. For husband Teddy Conrad, this marks an opportunity to share the spotlight with his wife instead of continuing to be the man behind the woman.

The city of Nashville is the stage for many hopefuls: Deacon Claybourne, Rayna's longtime bandleader whose unrequited love for Rayna prevents him from claiming success if he went on his own. Scarlett O'Connor, the beautiful and gifted songwriter, who's here to support her boyfriend Avery's talent while still unsure of her own. Avery Barkley, a struggling alt-country musician, who can't help but feel left behind when his girlfriend Scarlett's songs have a chance to find an audience before his own. And Gunnar Scott, a wholesome up-and-coming crooner, who finds a musical soulmate in Scarlett, coming in between her relationship with Avery.

Nashville is Music City U.S.A. It’s where today's top recording artists lay down tracks while tomorrow's undiscovered talent fight to be heard. With the backdrop of a thriving contemporary music scene, and a tense mayoral race, "Nashville" takes us into the cutthroat world of music and politics, showing what it really means to become a star and stay one.
