Ricky and Julian try to profit by selling stolen meat from a grocery store. Meanwhile, Lucy is pregnant and more demanding of Ricky, and Julian accepts a new job as a pizza-courier.
Episode 2: I Banged Lucy and Knocked Her Up...No Big Deal (April 15, 2007)
J-Roc organizes a gang (which includes Julian) to steal bags at the airport. Ricky finally realizes he isn't the father of Lucy's baby and determins to find out who is.
Episode 3: Three Good Men are Dead (April 22, 2007)
Officers George Green and Ted Johnston attempt to kill Lahey, Randy, and Phil Collins for not filing search warrants against Julian and J-Roc. Lahey creates a setup to have Green and Johnston arrested.
Episode 4: Friends of the Road (April 29, 2007)
Ray and Bubbles travel to Maine to recycle shopping carts and attend a model train convention where they could meet heavy-metal singer Sebastian Bach. However, Ray gets busted for soliciting an undercover cop, leaving Bubbles stranded in a phone booth at a Bangor truck-stop. Ricky and Julian travel to Maine to pick up Bubbles, who suffers a mental breakdown and steals Patrick Swayze's model train, "The Swayzie Express." (Patrick Swayze had no affiliation with Trailer Park Boys, and a disclaimer to that effect was placed before the opening credits for all Season 7 episodes).
Episode 5: The Mustard Tiger (May 6, 2007)
Julian comes up with a plan to smuggle dope into Maine by using Patrick Swayze's model train which Bubbles stole. The Boys, now without Cory and Trevor, use Jacob and his friends to do their dirty work; Jacob has become an obsessive model of Julian.
Episode 6: We Can't Call People Without Wings Angels So We Call Them Friends (May 13, 2007)
Searching the woods for Jacob and his friends, Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles head come across Julian's 1987 Monte Carlo in the river, emptied and with the seat covers stripped off. A series of flashbacks show how Jacob and friends had already escaped the car and taken out the materials needed for the model-train operation.
Episode 7: Jump the Cheeseburger (May 20, 2007)
Phil Collins and Randy are busy with the final preparations before the opening of "The Dirty Burger", including a bicycle stunt by Randy, who needs last-minute help from Ricky.
Episode 8: Let the Liquor Do the Thinking (May 27, 2007)
Randy and Lahey get back together with the help of alcohol. Randy tries to break off his engagement to Lucy. Meanwhile, the newspapers have released a sketch of Bubbles: he is wanted (apparently by the FBI) for stealing the Swayzie Express.
Episode 9: Going Off the Rails On the Swayzie Train (June 3, 2007)
The boys begin the dope-smuggling operation. After begging Julian, Jacob is allowed to join the gang in the operation, which also includes a newly-reconstructed Conky. Although the boys still don't trust the doll, he makes some gestures in an effort to regain their trust, such as buying them food for camping and saving them from being taken into custody by two US forest rangers (one of whom is played by George Canyon) by pointing out they're on the Canadian side of the river. At the end of the episode, while everyone else is asleep (possibly even Bubbles), Conky is seen phoning the operator and asking for the FBI, DEA and ATF.
Episode 10: A Shit River Runs Through It (June 10, 2007)
This episode revolves around the conclusion of the boys' plan to smuggle dope to the United States. As usual, the plan doesn't go quite to plan. Ricky ends up faced with a difficult decision.
