The flash backs of what happened to Sara after the boat accident was predictable as we still have them with Oliver and Felicity not being able to get through to Quentin was probable a good thing as he found out Sara was alive

Felicity standing up to Oliver was great but blaming her in the first place was unfair and were did Roy get his new-found super-strength but shooting the trigger wire was great as he didn't even notice till it was too late

Nyssa taking out all the airport security without breaking a sweat was impressive but I'm glad they found out she was responsible for what happened to Laurel and the kidnapping and Sara willing to die to save her family would of been a hell of a sacrifice
