About The Whole Truth

The Whole Truth premiered on ABC on September 22, 2010

About the Show:
There are two sides to every case. By the time the prosecution rests, you'll swear the defendant is guilty. Then the defense begins and you'll be just as convinced of the defendant's innocence. "The Whole Truth" invites you to experience firsthand the nerve-wracking job of deciphering where the truth lies. Every trial leaves lives hanging in the balance. While victims and defendants wait breathlessly to learn their fate, lawyers are working behind the scenes and in the courtroom, making frantic moves and countermoves of complex legal wrangling to tilt justice in their favor. For District Attorney Kathryn Peale, it's a challenge she relishes. Serious, meticulous, and brilliant, she scares her employees with both her demeanor and her considerable skill. Her legal counterpart and law school friend Jimmy Nolan is just the opposite he's a hotshot, fun-loving defense attorney who wears vintage Reebok sneakers to court. As they rally their teams around their arguments and prepare to go head-to-head, the viewer sees their cases from the perspective of both the prosecution and the defense. While the guilt or innocence of the accused will keep you guessing until the final scene, the sparring and maneuvering, both in and out of the courtroom, will keep you enthralled. Somehow, when the verdict is read, no matter what happens, Kathryn and Jimmy always manage to stay friends outside of the courtroom, that is. From executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer and writer Tom Donaghy (Without A Trace) comes "The Whole Truth", an innovative law drama that presents both sides equally, putting the viewer in the jury hot seat.

About Kidnapped

Kidnapped Premiered on NBC on September 20, 2006

About the Show:
NBC's "Kidnapped" is a high-stakes serialized thriller in which the teenaged son of a wealthy Upper East Side family is kidnapped and everyone is a suspect. The series focuses on the elaborate, triangulated game between the kidnappers, FBI and law enforcement, and the private negotiating team contracted by this perhaps not-so-picture-perfect family.

On a rainy New York morning, the idyllic existence of Conrad Cain (Oscar winner Timothy Hutton, "Ordinary People," "Kinsey"), a self-made millionaire with a long list of enemies, and his well-to-do wife Ellie (Emmy Award winner Dana Delany, "China Beach") is torn apart when their 15-year-old son Leopold (Will Denton, Palindromes), a smart but quirky kid whose innocence makes him the perfect target, is kidnapped on his way to school. The boy's bodyguard Virgil (Mykelti Williamson, "Boomtown"), the boy's first line of defense even after the kidnapping, is left to die.

Desperate to find his son while keeping his skeletons hidden, Cain enlists the services of Knapp (Jeremy Sisto, "Six Feet Under," "Thirteen"), a professional investigator who works outside the law's strict rulebook to retrieve kidnapping victims and guide families through the grueling process, and Turner (Carmen Ejogo, "Lackawanna Blues"), his able partner and right hand.

Operating opposite Knapp and his team are Special Agent Latimer King (Delroy Lindo, "The Core"), an experienced FBI agent who postpones his retirement due to a vested interest in this complicated case, as well as King’s colleague and antithesis, Agent Andy Archer (Linus Roache, "Batman Begins"), who only knows how to play by the rules.

"Kidnapped" is produced by Sony Pictures Television and 25C Productions. Jason Smilovic ("Karen Sisco"), David Greenwalt ("Angel"), Michael Dinner ("Invasion"), Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly are executive producers.

Season 1

Episode 1: Pilot
A smart, pretty, slightly offbeat teen girl who lives alone with her single-mother suddenly discovers her destiny is far greater than she could have ever imagined.

Episode 2: Redemption
Still getting used to her new powers, Chloe can't get past the fact that she is responsible for Xavier's death. Will she be able to handle not just her newfound abilities but the life-altering limitations it puts on her relationships with others?

Episode 3: Green Star
Just as it seems Chloe is getting used to her new found responsibilities as The Uniter, she is forced to meet Valentina, the leader of the San Francisco Mai. To Chloe's dismay, Valentina informs her that, although the teenager has nine lives, each death becomes more painful than the one before. Chloe also learns that, if The Order's assassin cannot be stopped, she will be forced to leave her family and friends. Can the Mai protect Chloe, or will she be forced into hiding where it is possible she'll never see her loved ones again?

Episode 4: All Apologies
To ensure Chloe is capable of protecting herself at all times, Alek and Jasmine train her every night in order to teach her to trust her instincts when faced with danger. Not only does Chloe have night training, she also notices the development of a new power that leads her to once again put her life in danger for a human. Will Chloe finally realize it is too dangerous to protect her human friends and cut them out of her life, or will she continue to disobey the Mai and be the kind of Uniter she chooses to be?

Episode 5: Girls Night Out
As if being responsible for the San Francisco Mai wasn't enough pressure, Chloe meets Nikki and Lilah, who are both members of the South American Mai. The two girls invite Chloe out for a night of dancing, which she accepts, but Jasmine is suspicious of their motives. As their visit continues, Chloe becomes increasingly frustrated with the way Nikki and Lilah view human life, potentially creating a divide between the different Mai prides.

Episode 6: Nothing Compares 2 U
Chloe's excitement at attending the Rezza Capital art gala with Brian is offset by an overwhelming sense of danger. It isn't until she receives a call that Amy is in trouble that she runs from Brian yet again - but not before he reveals something that could change their relationship forever. Will Brian's secret allow Chloe to finally open up, or will it force her to leave him behind for good?

Episode 7: Dogs of War
Compassionate to the needs of others, Chloe is unable to turn her back on Kai, a young man who asks Chloe for help in reuniting with his family. Although she eventually learns that Kai is a huge threat to the Mai's safety, Chloe insists on helping him return home. Accompanied by Alek, Jasmine, Paul and Amy, a determined Chloe begins the dangerous journey into Jackal territory. Alek and Jasmine's worst fears are realized when Chloe's mission takes a terrible turn and one Mai could be lost forever.

Meanwhile, even though it has been ten years since Chloe's father vanished, Meredith still feels guilty about dating Frank. In an attempt to move on with their lives, Meredith asks Chloe if she is ok with declaring her father dead, unaware that the two have been in contact.

Episode 8: Heartbreaker
Given Chloe's strange behavior as of late, Meredith is not happy when Chloe is escorted home by the police after trying to stop a late-night robbery. A concerned Meredith searches Chloe's laptop, looking for insight into her daughter's life. However, Meredith is unprepared by what she finds, knowing the information will change her life forever.

Meanwhile, although Chloe has a deeper connection with Alek than she cares to admit, she also can't deny her feelings for Brian. But when Chloe unintentionally hurts both guys, neither one of them want anything to do with her. When the late-night robber puts the King women in danger, Chloe must do everything to protect her mother and she reaches out to someone she has come to rely on. Will Alek put his personal feelings aside to help Chloe before it's too late, or is this one battle Chloe will have to fight on her own?

Episode 9: Responsible
Meredith invites her new boyfriend, Frank, and his teenage daughter, Vanessa, over for dinner in hopes that the four of them can get to know each other better. Although Vanessa initially wants nothing to do with the Kings, she eventually confides in Chloe about her blossoming romance with an older guy. Reminded of her situation with Brian, Chloe encourages Vanessa to be open and honest about her feelings. Unfortunately, Chloe's good intentions backfire when Vanessa's relationship puts her in grave danger. Will Chloe be able to save Vanessa before it's too late?

Meanwhile, Paul offers Alek some valuable insight into Chloe. Alek takes Paul's advice to heart and is determined to show Chloe how much she means to him, only to have his resolve tested when Alek's mutual animosity with Brian finally reaches its limits. Jasmine allows herself to be distracted from her Uniter duties by Zane, a visiting member of the New York pride, but her crush may prove to be a fatal mistake for the Mai.

Episode 10: Beautiful Day
Still coping with her unresolved feelings for Brian, Chloe agrees to accompany him to meet his grandmother, Olivia, who was presumed dead. As Brian and Olivia become reacquainted, Chloe finally receives the email she's been hoping for; her father is in San Francisco and needs to see Chloe immediately. Desperate to see her dad again and get some answers, Chloe agrees to keep their plans secret. Will she be reunited with her father, or will this meeting have fatal consequences?

Alek overhears Chloe admit to her mother that, while she does have feelings for him, she is in love with Brian. Heartbroken, Alek unknowingly leaves Chloe alone - and unprotected - just when she needs him the most.
