Harry being in the bar where the student was last seen was unfortunate as she had also flirted with him and he autopsy revealing she had sexual relations with three different men along with the drugs was making it hard to find out who was responsible, Marcus finding out he was the result of his mother being raped must of been hard but being killed afterwards was unbelievable

Harry being approached by the wife of an old friend who wants him to perform a post-mortem on her husband who died in a fall was interesting and finding a second body in the site where the first victim was found several months before did look like it could be a serial killer

You can understand why Sam thought that they may be dealing with a copycat murder rather than a serial killer after a second police probationer dies at the training college but the second one committing suicide after she falsely accused the first victim of raping her and her friends killed him and made it look the same as the other was surprising but killing another cadet just to keep him quite was crazy and they have a serial killer of their own in the police and the killer's father being a senior officer was sickening

Sam having to deal with her attempted rape by a diner guest while investigating a suspected terrorist attack was interesting as she discovers that an old acquaintance of hers was also at the scene, the stair in the eyes of the Asian girl was creepy and was glad when Sam closed them

Trying to cover up why the government minister was in the hotel and the fact there was a lot of money there and it's starting to look like the Asian girl is a hooker rather than a terrorist, Sam risking being stricken off if she supports the dead girl's family at an inquest was interesting and the minister kicking the girl out of the room into the smoke filled corridor was sickening

I didn't realise Sam had a son when she was sixteen but what an argent piece of work he was and the bodies of two men being exposed during a landslide in Ireland she finds out he's due in court, being held at gunpoint on the road while transporting the bodies would of been scary but the hit a run while picking up her bag that he son chucked in the road was a surprise

Sam's father being the custody Sargent at the time the brother were imprison and killed in a car bomb the following day was too much of a coincidence but Sam's son wanting her help to stay out of prison after he almost had her killed was annoying and a shame he failed at suicide as even after Sam save him he's still got a chip on his shoulder, looks like Sam's father was killed by one of his colleges after he found out they murdered the two brothers and resigning know she knows why her father died was a surprise
