Season 2 Guide



1. Taking Control
Alicia makes her decision about whether to stay with Peter or pursue a relationship with Will.

2. Double Jeopardy
It's Alicia against Cary in a trial of an Army reservist who was accused of murdering his wife. Meanwhile, Childs uses dirty tricks to mar Peter's campaign.

3. Breaking Fast
A multi-million dollar suit leads to a confrontation between Alicia and Glenn Childs. Meanwhile, Alicia's brother, Owen, comes for a visits after his questionable remarks about Peter got to the internet and makes Eli apoplectic.

4. Cleaning House
Alicia gets involved in an ethical scandal, and risks disbarment and could also ruin Peter's political campaign. Meanwhile, a third candidate is revealed for state's attorney.

5. VIP Treatment
Alicia and team need to decide whether they want to take on a case of a massage therapist who accuses a Nobel Peace Prize winner of sexual assault. Peter and Eli try to discover how Wendy's candidacy would affect their campaign.

6. Poisoned Pill
Alicia, Diane and Will have to work harder when they are caught off-guard by a brilliant disabled attorney, Louis Canning. Meanwhile, Peter's campaign does not know what to do with Wendy Scott-Carr, and Kalinda reaches to her former friend, Donna Seabrook, to try to stop telling all her secrets to Blake.

7. Bad Girls
Alicia has to defend a teenage pop star, Sloan,who is innocent of a DUI until Cary drops big news that could ruin the starlet's career and life. Meanwhile, Peter's campaign hits a difficult point when the Democratic Committee tells him to drop out of the race.

8. On Tap
When the government accuses an alderman of taking a campaign bribe from a Muslim extremist, the firm has then to review hours of wiretap evidence, and Alicia discovers some tapes about her.

9. Nine Hours
When Alicia receives a compelling phone call in the weekend the whole firm is called in to rescue a man from deathrow who will be killed in 9 hours, by finding proof the man is innocent. Meanwhile Alicia fears her daugther Grace starts believing in God. Kalinda shares a secret about her past with Alicia.

10. Breaking Up
Diane asks Alicia to make a tough decision regarding the company's split as Diane makes her decision official to Will.

11. Two Courts
The firm hires a jury consultant after discovering that the judge has a bias against Will. Meanwhile Kalinda informs Alicia and Will about the secret agenda that Blake is sharing with Bond ; which causes her to over-think her future at the firm. And new developments brings Diane and Will closer again.

12. Silly Season
Alicia Florrick defends a prisoner who confesses (under duress) to stabbing a fellow inmate with a shiv fashioned from a toothbrush, killing him. Cary Agos of the prosecuting team challenges the defense by uncovering an unlikely connection between the two inmates. Meanwhile, Wendy Scott-Carr – in a case of attempted payback for a racist flyer - tries to force Peter Florrick out of the state's attorney race by threatening to expose a sensitive piece of Florrick family history. Also: racism is again addressed when the "n-word" comes into play.

13. Real Deal
Alicia finds herself once again on the verge of don't or do trust Michael J. Fox, who honors this show by yet another guest appearance as Louis Canning. They start to race against each other to round up the most clients for a huge class action lawsuit and along the way the team discovers a mole in the law firm, who seems to be working for Canning. Meanwhile, Diane and Will must put their coup on hold as Derrick Bond brings in a Super PAC as a client and they learn that his intentions are far more layered as first considered.

14. Net Worth
Will and Diane take on a defamation case from a young Internet billionaire, who is suing the film studio for depicting him in a negative light. Meanwhile, Alicia confronts Will about the message he left on her voice mail.

15. Silver Bullet
Diane is forced to defend Kurt when he is sued for a testimony he gave. Meanwhile Eli finds out that Wendy Scott Carr had an ilegal nanny that can provide as silver bullet for his campaign but is suprised to learn he developed feelings for Natalie ( America Ferrara ), the nanny. And Alicia is having a hard time accepting Grace new life path, named God.

16. Great Firewall
The law firm of Lockhart, Gardner and Bond sues a social networking site on behalf of a Chinese dissident, meanwhile Will and Diane hope to wrestle the firm away from Derrick Bond once and for all. Cary informs Kalinda about the investigation in which Kalinda is the prime suspect due Blake. Alicia receives an unexpected offer.

17. Ham Sandwich
Glenn Childs pulls Kalinda before the grand jury which causes Kalinda to enlist Alicia to defend her. Grace starts being more and more involved with her father's campaign due her belief in God. Blake discovers the biggest secret yet that Kalinda has been hiding.

18. Killer Song
The firm has to deal with a unique case when they stand by the daugther [Abby Hoffman]of a murdered woman who discovers the convicted killer wrote a song about the crime. Meanwhile Natalie [ America Ferrara ] returns when her father is in danger of being deported. Kalinda has to deal with her own mess and decides to talk to Peter about their past, but they discover that someone in the DA office may be able to blackmail them.

19. Wrongful Termination
Will and Diane are surprised when they learn their old partner died and are even more suprised when they learn who bought his firm. A rumor about Peter's past brings Peter's campaign a lot of problems. Meanwhile Cary finds out about Kalinda and Peter after he goes to see Matan Brody.

20. Foreign Affairs
A South American dictator creates legal problems between two companies. Alicia helps with Peter's campaign, then she finds out about him and Kalinda.

21. In Sickness
Lockhart Gardner represents a patient in a case against Patti Nyholm over a liver transplant. When Patti fires her law firm, she ends up hiring Lockhart Gardner to defend her in the case. Meanwhile, Alicia has to deal with the fallout of the news about Kalinda and Peter's affair.

22. Getting Off
A civil case turns criminal when the owner (Sarah Silverman) of an adultery website is accused of murdering a customer; Kalinda considers leaving the firm.

23. Closing Arguments
As the firm deals with the case of a man accused of killing a judge, Alicia struggles with her deteriorating marriage by turning to Will.

Season 3 Episode Guide



1. ...youwillnotwin...
Max is worried when Tara returns to college to finish her college degree. Meanwhile, Charmaine with a baby on the way is avoiding a commitment to Neil, Kate tries to figure out a plan for her future and Marshall and Lionel sign up for a filmmaking class.

2. Crackerjack
Her psychology professor humiliates Tara when she transitions in his class. Meanwhile, Kate considers giving English lessons in Japan and Max gets a business offer.

3. The Full F**k You Finger
Kate's plan to leave for Japan are delayed when an earthquake hits Osaka. Meanwhile, Max visits his eccentric mother Sandy and finds her packed in garbage. Tara is struggling as she tries to master her classes and imminent exams and Charmaine's baby shower. When T comes out in a supermarket, she gets Charmaine and Tara into trouble.

4. Wheels
Charmaine and Tara are taken to the hospital and Tara meets her alters to make a deal. In the meantime, Marshall, Noah and Lionel find use for Charmaine's house and Kate makes a fool of herself.

5. Dr. Hattaras' Miracle Elixir
Tara considers quitting her psychology class. Max has disagreements with his boss and Kate gets ready for her training as flight attendant.

6. The Road to Hell Is Paved With Breast Intentions
Dr. Hattaras makes an alarming discovery reviewing Tara's therapy session tapes just when things seem moving forward. Neil asks Tara and Charmaine's mother Beverly to see the new baby. Meanwhile, Max avoids telling Tara he is unhappy with his new job.

7. The Electrifying & Magnanimous Return of Beaverlamp
Tara motivates Max to relive his old rock band Beaverlamp. Meanwhile, a depressed Dr. Hattaras makes her take a break from their therapy sessions and Marshall and Noah interview Max for their film festival project.

8. Chicken 'n' Corn
A new alter comes to light that put Charmaine's new baby at risk. Soon later, Alice visits Dr. Hattaras and intrigues him in Tara's case again. Kate, Max and Marshall fly to New York where they get to meet Kate's new friend Evan and his son.

9. Bryce Will Play
The discovery of Tara's new dangerous alter makes Dr. Hattaras and Tara consult another professional. Marshall finds out that his short film hurt his father's feelings and Charmaine connects with "chic moms," while Kate tries to make her relationship with Evan work.

10. Train Wreck
Before Max and Marshall come home from New York, a heavily-medicated Tara tries to remove all traces Bryce left behind. Neil tries to convince Charmaine to move to Houston.

11. Crunchy Ice
When Bryce takes over, Tara's new alter threatens to destroy the whole family. When Tara's other alters disappear one by one, Max decides to fight off Bryce before it's too late for Tara.

12. The Good Parts
Tara and Max make preparations to leave for Boston where a specialist is located who could help Tara.

MEN OF A CERTAIN AGE---Season 2 Guide



1. If I Could, I Surely Would
Although determined to get himself back in shape on the golf course, Joe finds that getting up early to practice is having wear on his body. Unfortunately, Joe also finds out that his new house is in the same neighborhood as his former bookie. Owen takes over as manager of his father's auto dealership, but is starting to doubt his decision to hire Terry, as it doesn't seem like he's able to handle a nine-to-five job.

2. Same as the Old Boss
Joe attempts to create a strict practice schedule, but it doesn't work out the way he hopes. Meanwhile, Owen tries to establish authority at the car dealership, but being manager is starting to have a strain on his life, especially his marriage, and Terry gets made fun of at work when his coworkers find an old commercial of his on the internet.

3. Cold Calls
Joe inadvertently ends up dating two women at the same time. Owen forces his father to stop undermining this authority at the dealership, while Terry makes a wager with Marcus over who can sell the most cars in one day.

4. The Bad Guy
Joe finalizes his divorce, and discovers a few secrets about his daughter. Meanwhile, Owen goes to a car convention with his father, who has some unexpected news, and Terry is approached about an old television commercial.

5. And Then the Bill Comes
Joe discovers some disturbing information about his former bookie, Terry begins to experience the benefits of a nine-to-five job, and Owen takes an important step in resolving the tension between the sales and service teams at the dealership.

6. Let the Sunshine In
Terry announces that he will be getting a colonoscopy for his 50th birthday, and the guys decide to make a weekend of the event in Palm Springs. While trying to enjoy themselves, Joe deals with his "mind bets", Terry has a hard time being apart from Erin, and Owen opens up about his father and the dealership.

7. The Great Escape
Joe decides to spend some quality time with his former bookie. Meanwhile, Terry and Erin take a new step in their relationship, and Owen is surprised to receive an offer from a rival dealership.

8. The Pickup
Owen attempts to maintain authority when a feud develops between two salesmen. Meanwhile, Terry struggles to adjust to the new aspects of his relationship, and Joe does a favor for Manfro.

9. A League of Their Owen
Owen takes the reigns of the dealership's softball team right before a game against their rival. Meanwhile, Terry begins having relationship issues and Joe's father visits.

10. Can't Let That Slide
Joe's relationship with Manfro becomes increasingly complicated, while Owen installs surveillance cameras in the dealership to monitor the workers, and Terry has a horrible date.

11. Whatever Gets You Through the Night
While Joe tries to get his life back on track, Owen and Terry make a commercial for the dealership.

12. Hold Your Finish
While Joe prepares for the senior tour pre-qualifier, Owen and his father discuss the future of the dealership while Terry realizes a new dream.

Season 2 Guide



1. Lady in the Lake
After coming to terms with the murder of Det. Marks and the disappearance of his mother, Toby decides to help when a woman is found on a Lake Ontario beach suffering from amnesia and helps her to retrace her steps, discovering she was the victim of a murder attempt by a mining company but she is also wanted by the Integrated Investigative Bureau (a special unit of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police) for murder.

2. Crime Seen
When an undercover cop Sergeant McCluskey believes has been exposed she asks Toby, whose past she had been looking into and his involvement with Charlie Marks killed 18 months before, to help discover if her man is in danger from the gun runners he had infiltrated. This leads to Toby revealing his ability to read minds to the doubting McCluskey and when the undercover man is fatally wounded, only Toby can help find the gun runners.

3. In His Sights
Employed by the I.I.B as a "Confidential Informant", Toby is asked to help in finding a possible assassin who wants to kill one of the Conservative party leadership candidates. From the thoughts Toby is able to read, they lead to a cover-up of civilian deaths in Afghanistan.

4. The Brothers Volkov
Toby assists Sgt. McCluskey when Dmitri Volkov confesses to killing his father, Fyodor, a Russian diplomat. He is defended by his lawyer brother Yuri, claiming diplomatic immunity, but the truth lies by looking into the mind of the third brother, Pavel, an autistic boy who lives in his own world of a model railway.

5. Inner Circle
A joint I.I.B. and Metro police drug investigation has been failing and suspicion falls on two undercover Anti-Gang Unit cops. Sgt. McCluskey asks Toby to help her figure out who is dirty in the undercover Metro Police, but things get complicated when one of the undercover cops dies from a suspicious drug overdose and his fellow officers and family close ranks.

6. The Magician
Magnus, a prisoner known as The Magician because of his brilliant mind, demands to see Sgt. McCluskey, who as a police cadet arrested him six years ago. Magnus engages in a psychological battle of misinformation about the forthcoming kidnapping of a judge that conceals his motives involving the murder of a female student a year after he entered prison and Toby is unable to read his mind as easily as Magnus can seemingly read his.

7. Ace In The Hole
A clumsy cover-up of the murder of a CSIS (Canadian Intelligence) agent who had access to American classified intelligence leads to a high-stakes poker game when the information will be passed on. Sgt. McCluskey needs help from her estranged husband, Adam, with Toby as the back up "ace in the hole" to infiltrate the game.

8. Vanished
When a wealthy widower businessman's baby is kidnapped outside St Lukes hospital, the only witness is a psychic artist who is in communication with the baby's dead mother. Toby convinces a sceptical Sgt McCluskey to take the artist seriously when investigating a revenge kidnapping with one of the kidnappers having close ties to the father.

9. Jericho
Toby helps Sgt. McCluskey during a cyber-crime investigation when Corp. Dev Clarke intercepts a hacker carrying ten thousand blank credit cards. This leads to the mysterious world of hackers and Jericho 11, man or machine behind an impenetrable firewall, a plot to steal 14 million social security numbers from Revenue Canada and the death of a man named Joshua.

10. Desperate Hours
Toby and Oz are dispatched to a routine call for a broken ankle that turns out to be a serious gunshot wound. Taken hostage by a couple demanding they perform surgery on the man, they allegedly shot by accident, who was the organiser of a Ponzi scheme. They need him alive to get back the money he had swindled from them but when the man dies only Toby's ability to have read the man's mind can keep himself and Oz alive.

11. To Die For
When one of four partners in a restaurant used for money laundering is murdered one partner, a famous chef de cuisine, accuses another partner, a mob boss, of the killing and is placed on witness protection. Toby is employed to confirm the accusation which seems genuine but to find out the truth the chef is allowed to cook a meal at the restaurant where the killing took place with the fourth partner and second chef, Magda, who were also present at the time of the murder.

12. Eye of the Storm
The IIB are investigating a hacker releasing classified documents to the internet and the impending major release of thousands of documents when a sex tape of the foreign affairs minister, she is the main opponent of freedom of information, is released. Toby is tasked with finding the male escort in the videotape and who employed him to discredit the minister and find the person leaking the documents to the hacker.

13. Reckoning
Toby connects with a gifted young woman whose mental powers appear to rival or even surpass his own who maybe connected to a series of suspicious suicides linked to an old biker gang.
