Joan warning Sherlock of the guys return was great but how did the killer get past Joan unless he was inside first but if that was the case then why didn't he go after Sherlock as well

Turning the pacemaker into the murder weapon is a scary thought but it was a hell of a way to control him before the killing, being able to get a photo of the guy behind a moving train was impressive

Moriarty having Sherlock jumping through hoops to solve the case was interesting but finding the gate to the big house unlocked and the key in the door was suspicious

The series of flashbacks between Sherlock and his former lover, Irene were interesting but her being Moriarty I didn't see coming

Watson not knowing Mycroft was Sherlock's brother was interesting as he must of came up when she searched his history in the early episodes and there was no way Sherlock would only look for Gareth without trying to solve his case but his theory about the gun and how he got rid of it was impressive

Watson offering the son of a former patient a all paid scholarship after he approached her for a loan was an interesting decision and killing the mathematical genius for his equation was beyond me

Joan taking the advice from a friend and signed up for an on-line dating service was interesting as at the same time they both had their lives disrupted when they were targeted by a cyber activists

What an alibi to use that she was busy planing to kill her husband when he was killed but his son beating her too it after being sexually abused made sense and Abigail confessing because she got away with killing before was bizarre

Watson trying to help a close friend track down the mystery man who swept her off her feet was amusing as the guy she was looking for was Holmes but having a second bite at the cherry was priceless

Mycroft returning for Holmes and Watson to help solve a case was interesting as it involved his former fiancée and the fact he is having a difficult time accepting Mycroft and Joan's relationship didn't help

Ian Gale's daughter, Haley being killed was sad but the fact he only wanted to get to know her because he needed a donor was tragic and what an elaborate plan from the wife to kill them both for the inheritance

Committing suicide to frame Lucas was a desperate act to get her sisters killer and Sherlock punching Lucas didn't help their case but at least her committing suicide wasn't in vain

Sherlock having to testify in an official police inquiry was interesting and the Judge needing a lot of patients was amusing but with Silas being schizophrenic was bound to make things harder

Shooting the victim in the knees just has he's about to commit suicide was different and Chloe being an acquaintance of Joan was bound to make things awkward
