About the Show:
In his first starring series role, Stephen Merchant portrays Stuart, a web designer who recently relocated to LA from England in hopes of finding excitement, romance, and maybe even a soul mate. Working out of his LA home, Stuart has an easy rapport with an attractive roommate named Jessica (Christine Woods), though it is clear she's not romantically interested in him. Half as charming as he thinks he is – and twice as desperate – Stuart is obsessed with infiltrating the glamorous world of beautiful people, and doggedly hits the LA social scene in the company of pals Wade (Nate Torrence), who's in the throes of a separation from his wife, and Kives (Kevin Weisman), a charismatic paraplegic who fares far better with the ladies than Stuart or Wade.

Hello Ladies is executive produced by Merchant along with Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky, both of whom worked on U.S. version of ‘The Office. ‘  Eisenberg and Stupnitsky also co-wrote the ‘Hello Ladies' pilot with Merchant.

Stuart looks to win over Jessica's friends by commandeering a limo Wade hired to impress his estranged wife Marion.

Episode 3: The Date (Oct/13/2013)
Stuart convinces a woman to go on a date with him and it goes surprisingly well. Meanwhile, Wade institutes an emergency-alert system while Jessica tries to get an audition.

Episode 4: The Dinner (Oct/20/2013)
Stuart and Jessica are invited to a dinner party and Stuart ditches Wade to go. Since he's on his own, Wade convinces Kives to party at Stuart's house with him.

Episode 5: Pool Party (Oct/27/2013)
While Stuart tries to set up a pool party, Jessica gets inspiration from a homeless person.

Episode 6: Long Beach (Nov/03/2013)
Stuart tries to prove his manliness when construction workers invite him for a night out in Long Beach. Jessica gives Wade advice on how to win back Marion after 30 days without communication.

Episode 7: The Wedding (Nov/10/2013)
Attending a wedding with Jessica and Glenn, Stuart tries to reconfigure the seating plan after learning he won't be at a table with attractive, single women. Meanwhile, Jessica waits to hear about her call-back audition for the lead role in a network show.

Episode 8: The Drive (Nov/17/2013)
Stuart brags to anyone and everyone about his upcoming night out with Kimberly. At a birthday celebration for Amelia, her "frenemy," Jessica relishes the fact that the tables have turned in their relationship.
