EAST WEST 101 is the story of two men whose destiny is irrevocably intertwined. Malik is driven by a hunger for justice. He was twelve and at the till, when a masked gunman held up the family shop. Malik refused to hand over the money. His father was shot and injured. Since he joined the Force, Malik has been looking for the shadowy figure who pulled the trigger.

When he finally finds him, Malik’s belief in the justice system is challenged by a powerful desire for revenge. As he hunts down the truth it is revealed that Crowley had a part to play in the original investigation. But will Crowley help or hinder Malik in his quest? He is a man whose vision has been blighted by pain and prejudice.

Crowley’s son, Paul, was found dead of a drug overdose sold to him by a Lebanese dealer. When the drug dealer, who sold Paul the heroin, is found murdered, Internal Affairs come asking questions. Looking for answers. Not just from Crowley. Malik also. He was involved in the case. Crowley is at the mercy of Malik. Will Malik end his career? What will Crowley do to stop him?

There’s an edge of danger as these two men circle one another. This might look like the battle between two strong men for dominance - but it is also a metaphor for the fear that exists between East and West - as two men search for love, approval and forgiveness.

To be honest i thought this was a new show until i looked further and it's only sites like DS that make be look

It would of helped if they had identified themselves as cops first to the two that was running away but lying about what really happened had tragic consequence's and the cop's went a little over the top arresting all the Arabs

It was obvious the guy on the rail tracks was going to get shot when he came forward still pointing the gun

After loosing his son I'm not surprised that cop lost it for a bit and arresting three for the other killing was a good result

That was tragic that the innocent girl got caught it the cross fire and Ray is getting a bit of a hand full after loosing his son but leaking the story to the papers was crazy with himself being under investigation for killing his sons drug  dealer, what a tragedy for the parents of the brothers killed and now their daughter being arrested for murder

Malik confronting the guy who may of shoot his father has now put his own family's life in danger

The mother and daughter both admitting they killed the Serbian car salesman after what he did to them 11 years ago was great

It thought it looks like Ray framed Malik for both the killing of the guy who shot his father and the explosives because he thought he told IA when it turns out to be his boss who must now carry some of the blame for him wanting to die

That explosion was horrific and that must of been scary when the kids attacked Malik's families car but what a way to treat the kid in the cage, Malik should of shot him and the dogs

Malik going undercover was risky but it's a good job the other guy had the accident before he answered his phone and Patricia giver her brother the offer of $10,000 was a great way to test his family loyalties but with him already forging her cheques he's not much of a brother

Patricia not letting Malik know his daughter was in hospital for the sake of the mission was wrong and he should of decked that other guy for stopping Patricia from ringing him but taking the flowers to hospital just to get Malik back on the case was really selfish. i wonder who was on the phone that told him Malik was a cop

That was tragic for the ambulance officer who was stabbed to death by a kid in an Ice and Patricia's father is a bit of a hard case but at leased he found his son

How tragic for the seven year old girl to find her mother and Malik being honest to his wife on the phone when she asked who he was with was nice but it was a surprise to her, the third person was luck they was waiting to arrest him and what a cliffhanger with Patricia's brother

Patricia should of shot the guy on the roof, allowing him to turn around with the gun still in his hand was stupid but then again what her father did was just as bad

I cant stand the way Richard operates so getting attacked in the interview room was amusing but i wasn't surprised he was probably responsible for not helping the boat victims but all the other killings and allowed to walk was diabolical

How stupid getting out her car to try and stop that armed robbery with so many gun men but i thought from the start that the surviving guard shot his co-driver when they blew the doors off and Malik's son dying after he was sitting up in bed being his usual arrogant self was a tragic shock

The one season cop that gets on the wrong side of Malik is a little predicable now
