sounds to me like you have a parental block set up to stop you downloading possabliy dangerous programs check with the administrator for the pc .

every offence should carry points with it bala i have just been caught speeding and was lucky they have offered me a speed awareness course with no points just pay for course which is four hours in a classroom so insted of paying £60 fine and three points i have to pay £85 and do the course

i know its after the fact jim but always start with the premise that something is on so turn everything off before you replace a fuse then turn them on one at a time till it blows  hope that helps in future. or the AA
