Serena75 is correct. While I'm not sure what went wrong with your connection, you haven't lost any points. You can click on the episode you tried to watch again, on either server(up to 30 times) and you will not be charged again. The admins have said that there are some server problems and they are working on it and they have taken steps to ease the burden on the servers in the short term. I'm sure you will be able to watch the show you want if you try again.
