I tried it on ipad 1 but can't play the video. Does it only work on ipad 2?

It works great on ipad 1 with wifi. Thanks so much, I'll get much more enjoyment out of my ipad now and be using my account points faster. Don't know if it is possible to increase the volume since mobile devices don't have great speakers. I ended up using the headphones to hear better. Thanks again!
