Yes, Barb is right, I love baking cookies today. If I could send them to you girls I would, but you'll have to make do with these ones that I found online. They do look a bit like mine and there's plenty for everyone.

Hi girlies!

Feels like I've been away for ages, had a pretty tough time over the holidays which has kept me away but am so very glad to be back. It's funny how a bunch of people I've never met can feel like such good friends, very comforting to know that you're all here! I'm sure my other half thinks I'm crazy!
Just been catching up with the giggle box and seems like I've missed loads, don't know how I'm going to manage to catch up with everything else!

There seems to have been some illnesses, I think there has been everywhere, so I hope that everybody is feeling better.

I have to agree with Barb about nursing. I only really came to understand what a remarkable job nurses do over the past month, I always admired nurses but never really thought about what a tough job it can be sometimes. I'm so glad that there are so many altruistic people out there!

Here's some chocolate fudge for everybody. Have been in the kitchen most of today! (Although this pic I found looks a bit better than my fudge which was in random shapes and not nice cubes!) Wish I could somehow actually get it to you via the computer, like Willy wonka and his wonkavision, lol.

Gypsy, sorry to hear you haven't had a good couple of days. It always amazes me how people are in such a rush to get everywhere and that nobody is prepared to help out a stranger.

Just realised it's been 3 weeks since I last watched any shows on here.

It's good to think about all the happy times - especially when your parents got to enjoy so many years of them.  My thoughts are with you, we lost my fiance's mum very recently and it was remembering those good times which made it easier to bear. Love lasts so much longer than a lifetime.
