I've used this site for a pretty long time and I love it to bits. I haven't been on this forum before for whatever reason and I didn't realise you could claim lost points back. Where do we do this and how? I tried to watch burn notice episode 11 last night and it was unwatchable because of the out of sync sound, I left a message on the thread about bugs but it didn't get a reply.
