Many of our episode titles are uploaded incorrectly. You would be better off to go by the episode number, as they are correct, just mislabeled, and it's unlikely the titles will be corrected soon, as it's not as high a priority as having the actual episodes be correct.

By your description it sounds like you're trying to watch Bleach or another anime with subtitles. Is that correct? I just checked the latest episodes of Bleach & Naruto on the EU server & had no difficulty reading the subtitles. Can you be more specific please? Which show/s and/or episode/s are you trying to watch? Is it the entire episode or does the problem begin after you start watching? Are you watching in your own RealPlayer? Which version of RP are you using. I know on another site members are having trouble with the newest RP version, which is 14. I haven't upgraded because of this. Any information you can provide helps us to give you better advice for troubleshooting your problem. If you are atching a different show other than those I mentioned, please post which it is so I, or another mod can check it out. Thanks.

Have you tried right-clicking on the RP logo and playing in your own Realplayer? See the link in the post above yours, as it provides some great troubleshooting tips. If you have tried those - please provide more specific information (what operating system you're using, which browser, which version of RP, etc), so we can help you. You can send a PM to lbjedward for reimbursement of any lost points.

You're right - I just checked it. It may have been the best copy the upload team could get.

I just checked it, and it's either been fixed, or you just got got a glitch, as it works fine. Sometimes shows will seem glitchy, but if you stop & restart them in your RP (if it's already fully loaded, you have to close your RP then reload it), they will run fine. It happens to me from time to time, and that always works unless there's an actual problem with the upload.

If there was a problem, it's been fixed, as the episode is working fine now. Reply 893 basilpotros's post Titles of shows are very low on the unpload teams list of priorities of errors that need to be fixed. Go by the episode numbers instead, as it will probably be a long time before those are corrected.

It only doesn't work on the US server. Watch it on the EU server, as it loads fine. Sorry no one replied to you sooner.

That's odd. I just checked it on both servers & the sound was fine. Must have been a glitch on your end.

Many of the titles are incorrect. While I appreciate the inconvenience of this, fixing those is not a high priority for the tech team so, unless you have lost points because of it, just go by the episode number.

Does anyone else have access to your computer? I've seen this happen when someone's child has been playing on their PC. Otherwise, I have no idea how that could happen.

Sorry - the problem is on your end. I just tested it and it loaded fine & is playing. Have you tried both servers? Check the VIP Help!!~ Real Player & Other Problems?? (Easy Tips & Fixes) thread and do some troubleshooting of your RP. BTW, which version are you using? I'm using RP SP. if you updated to RP 14 that may be the problem, as some have had issues with it.
