We appreciate all reports. Currently the tech team is busy with the overhaul of tv-video.net, so I don't think they'll be getting to the smaller, non-essential problems for a while.

I wouldn't hold my breath on it to happen really soon. i believe it's been mentioned before. Hopefully it will get rectified, but until it does, there's not much I can say except I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I WILL add it to the list though. I see it hasn't been added as an error there.

I am sorry for your frustration and the inconvenince this is causing. You can send a PM to lbjedward, our site administrator for reimbursement of any lost points - which he will provide gladly. The current issues are temporary & due to server changes of our sister site, tv-video.net, which has been undertaken to serve our members better.

Yes - there is a glitch with the save a copy to outbox. Resend a PM, but do NOT tick that box. You can see in tracking whether your PM has been sent, if it is in bold it has not been opened yet, if regular - it has been opened. Only Admin can directly reimburse you, so I suggest trying the above. I will do a check of the errors you mentioned, though I don't watch the show, which makes it harder for me to verify. I do believe someone mentioned this before, but it has not been added to the list. I'll add it as soon as I'm able.

I just checked the newest episode of Spooks & it's working. Maybe it's already been fixed. I also checked epi 9x01 and it loaded too. If there is a another episode you are referring to, please be specific so it can be tested. Thanks.

Not much I can do right now. It's not in the list on the homepage as a new epi, and most fans know which day it's on, so won't be looking for it yet. Those who lose points can seek reimbursement.

Great. Glad you found the thread though, Please feel free to post if you do come across any errors in episodes. See post #1 on how to list the error to make it easiest for us to confirm.

Thanks Serena. You are correct. The title that's up is for episode 6. I don't know how soon that will get fixed though. It seems titles are low on the priority list for repairs, which is frustrating since some members look for specific titles when catching up on a series. We're doing what we can to get the forum reorganized, with all the changes we've had recently. I know the tech team must be hard at work too, I'll add it to the list, and we'll just have to wait & see on the timeline for those repairs.

I checked it and it's working fine. If an episode stalls, you can stop it and restart it at the point it stalled by right clicking on the loading bar and inputting the time you want it to begin. Make sure you are using your own RealPlayer as we suggest. You have 30 times per 23 hours to watch an episode on the initial points.

The titles don't get fixed as quickly. I recommend going by the episode number. @xareena I don't think it was reported, but if it works on the US server, that's probably why.

I just checked all 3 episodes on both servers and they work fine. Please be specific as to what problem/s you had so I, or another mod or member, might be able to assist you to troubleshoot your problem.

Episode 6x06 of Bones is working, and is the correct episode. It just has the incorrect title.
