When you send a PM do not put a check in the box "save copy to outbox" as your message will not be sent.  If you did this when you sent your 1st message, try again, as lbjedward would not have received your PM.  If you still have no result in the next 24 hours, please let me know & I will send a message to LBJ in your behalf.

That's OK lilhima.  You do NOT want to check that box.  We have a problem with our system and that box causes your message to only be sent to you.

Sorry, I don't actually know how long it should take, but you can send a PM to lbjedward.  It might be that he's a bit behind in getting those out, so sending a reminder would be alright.
