Just checked it on the EU server and it loaded fine. Did you get an error message earlier?

That happens frequently. Just try again. It usually means the site is busy, not that the show won't work. :)

Just checked it and it loaded fine. Try restarting it where you left off and letting it load to the end. BTW, I used the EU server.

Weird, I queued it to 33:10 and it loaded fine - right to the end of the episode. reply 429#429 andgil's post It is, but other than that the episode plays fine. I imagine it was the best one they could find.

Just checked both episodes with no problem. Episode 7 opened with the dreaded grey invalid screen, but I right clicked on the RP symbol, opened my RP and it loaded no problem. Episode 8 - no problem at all. I suggest trying again. You should be able to watch them. BTW, I checked both servers.

You are the 3rd person to report this error tonight. I haven't received it, but the one member said it fixed itself. Maybe there's some server trouble - but I honestly don't know. I think the error message for max clicks in a day is 500 - and it's a specific message (though strange - probably to protect against hackers). You should be able to watch as many episodes as you can fit in.

I just tried it on the EU server and there doesn't seem to be a problem with it. Please try again, as you have 30 clicks per 24 hours for any episode. Also, please right click on the initial Real Player pop up and select "watch in Real Player" or "theater mode". If you have any other problems do not hesitate to report them.

I just checked it and both video & sound were working. Try again. You have 30 attempts within 24 hours to watch your show on your initial points.

I've had a time trying to get anything to load on the US server tonight. I tried The X-Files 1x12 on the EU server and it loaded fine. I'll try it on the US server again another day to see if it's a server and/or traffic problem, or an issue with the actual episode.

I just checked the episode of Brothers & Sisters and had no trouble with it. Do you have F$ in your account? If so, you may need to check your Real Player settings. This thread is helpful.

Just checked 1x06, 07 & 08 on EU server and they're working fine. Check that your settings are correct. Also, you may want to check the thread VIP Help!!~ Real Player & Other Problems?? (Easy Tips & Fixes).
