Is it possible you didn't log off and someone else used your account?  Check your viewing history - found in the Member's Center (top right hand corner on VIPTV) to see which shows have been logged by your account.  

If you still can't see why your points have diminished, send a PM to lbjedward with a copy of your viewing history, explaining what has happened.
