I believe Lipstick Jugle has now been moved to a VIP show, though The Hills should still be free.  Lipstick Jungle says VIP Member while The Hills says Normal Member.  Please send a PM to lbjedward explaining your difficulty.  Also, since the mistake was not on your side re: Lipstick Jungle (I see it is still listed as FREE) you should be reimbursed for those too.  Please let us know if you need any more assistance.
