In order to assist, we need more information. Is this happening on every episode you try, or just one? What are you using to view - computer, tablet, phone, or other web-enabled device? Has your device updated recently? If you are using a computer, what Operating System & version (ie: Windows 7, WIndows 8, Mac, etc) are you using? If you are trying to watch a show that is not in the free section, do you have sufficient points? Any additional information you can think of to include would also be helpful.
