Do you mean you already purchased some and are getting that message?  If you haven't, the Amazon gift card option that codebreaker posted the link to IS the best value.  If you have already purchased some and they are not showing up, it could just be a delay.  Please provide a little more information if you still need assistance.

There was an issue with Paypal, so the automatic way of it crediting your account is no longer an option.  Now, you can still use PP, but need to wait for Admin to credit your account - which usually takes approximately 8 hours.  If you read post #1 of the thread codebreaker posted a link to (see post 2 above), you will see the full explanation of the payment options, and that because of the inconvenience you now get bonus F$.

If you read the post that codebreaker directed the other member to, you will see the following instructions on how to make a payment via Paypal now.  Here is a quote of the relevant information:

I'm sorry it's taking longer than anticipated.  Our Admin is located in China., which is why there is a delay, as he is the one who credits the accounts.  If it's taken more than 24 hours, please send a PM to lbjedward with your relevant information, ie: confirmation number, username & email address.  You will definitely receive what you paid for.  Sometimes there are unforeseen delays, for which we apologize.
