Hmm, it's not a site issue. I just watched a show and it loaded very quickly. Is it possible that your ISP started throttling bandwidth at certain times of day? That can slow things down immensely.
One idea that seems to help me, which I got from one of our members, is to use the pop-up window for viewing. I find that it seems to load a good deal faster than the regular window.
