I somehow missed Torres' post, so awarded you points. In future, I'll make sure to double-check the posts & table before awarding points. Thanks for reporting the problem though, and please continue to do so if you find any more glitches. p.s. I wasn't supposed to award treasures. Apparently they were just a bonus for the first one to report a problem.

Yes, this is where to report all errors. We add them to the table once they are reported. You are indeed correct. It's only 23 minutes on both servers. I'll add it to the table now. Thanks for reporting the problem.

I have checked the episode and could not reproduce the problem you experienced. The whole episode loaded and played for me on both servers.

I just checked both episodes and they are two different episodes. I checked the EU server also and it's working fine.

Are you sure you posted the correct episode numbers? I just checked both the episodes you mentioned on both servers - GA 2x21 & 2x22 - and they are two different episodes. Please recheck the numbers in your viewing history so we can fix it if there is a problem. Thank you.

Apparently this is a problem some of the members are having, and at least one of our mods. I myself haven't experienced this problem, but we have made Admin aware of it.

That's peculiar. I have watched many Stargate SG1 & Atlantis episodes here, as well as Farscape and have not had any difficulty. I see you have tried other shows which are working for you, but do check our: RealPlayer Troubleshooting Guide (Solutions & Tips) as well as VIP Help!!~ Real Player & Other Problems?? (Easy Tips & Fixes). I noticed in another thread that someone else uses real alternative. I don't know anything about that, but it may be something you would like to check into so you can get the most out of your viewing experience. Everyone's operating systems are a little different, so it doesn't hurt to check into different things that others have found to be effective. Hopefully some of the suggestions in the troubleshooting threads will be of use to you. ~Barb

I checked episode 1x01 of Atlantis and it still goes out of sync, so I'm assuming episode 2 does too. I don't have time to check it right now though. Also, to kaialucy, I haven't checked the other episodes of JAG yet, but the one I did check yesterday was out of sync, so the problem is not on your end.

Actually, the episodes we have on the site are the original webisodes, in their original length. We do not as yet have any of the new episodes that have aired on TV (not including the webisodes, which, I think were used as the initial 2 episodes).

Glad to know it's not just me who can't find it. Where the heck is it? It's obviously still here, but why is it not visible in the forum menu? We have now entered...the Twilight Zone. Guess we'll just have to keep searching for it and bumping it to keep it visible for the members. EDIT: Obviously the issue in this and the above post has been resolved.

I don't when it was last checked, but usually one of the mods (usually Torres) checks the 1st post to see which problems have been fixed. If they have, they are removed from the table.

I just checked and it picks up where it left off in episode 2, which means you can watch epi 2 & not miss anything. It originally aired as one episode (if I'm not mistaken) which is why it breaks at an odd point. BTW, the audio issue has been added to the list.

What show are you trying to watch? To watch most shows you have to be a VIP member - though we do have free shows, and you can report errors in those here. See this thread for a complete explanation on how to become one. Fix the bugs (this thread) is the error reporting thread, where, if you report a problem in an episode and it is confirmed you will be awarded points. I hope this helps explains the matter for you.

Could you be more specific please? It's easier to check if you look at the time when the errors begin. Even approximate is more helpful. BTW, I checked the last 5 minutes. The only small glitch is during the credits, so it doesn't affect the viewing of the show.
