That occasionally happens to me too, but you should NOT be getting charged again.  Please send a PM to lbjedward with a copy of the affected part of your viewing history for reimbursement of lost points.

Make sure to clear your cache before each viewing session.  I find it's helpful.  I also go into my RP and clear the history (if I didn't when I last closed it) and do a test on the speed.  Even if you have really fast internet, a lower setting on your RP speed often works better for some reason.  if you continue to to have issues, I suggest checking the VIP Help!!~ Real Player & Other Problems??
