Hmph! I haven't personally experienced that, nor have there been any other complaints regarding that issue. And I don't really have any troubleshooting advice.

But, have you tried de-selecting the HD button found next to the volume to see if that works? Sometimes when HD is on shows don't play.

I just tried both episodes 9-1-1 S2epi 18 and The Code S1epi 6 with the HD select button <strong>on and off</strong> and both episodes worked fine.</p>

Yeah, that is weird. It seemed like the episode jumped. It does the same thing in SD and HD format so, that won't solve the problem.

Tech support may have to reload the episode or something. Sorry about that.

The episode works in HD mode.

Play the episode and quickly <u><font color="deepskyblue">de-select</font></u> the HD button next to the volume & maximize buttons. Episode will play then. Issue is probably occurring because it s new upload. Both versions should be playable after a few days

<p>Okay, I did some research and both tv shows/episodes play in <strong>HD</strong> format.

To ensure that you are not charged for the episode twice. Play a free episode, select <strong>HD in the settings icon next to the <u><font color="deepskyblue">cc</font></u> button</strong>. By doing so all your future <font color="black">viewing</font> will be in the HD format until you return it back to SD.</p>

THE PALE HORSE needs to be fixed. HD version plays choppy and SD does not play at all

<p>After the site was fixed from being down for several hours the other day, the video feature which enabled users to continue watching an episode or movie from the last point before they logged out was disabled.</p><p><br></p><p>

Its now back to how it was before this current upgrade where you had to memorize where you stopped a program then fast forward to exact same point or start over again if you can't remember.

The feature was great please bring it back.</p>

Yeah, its on my end. The repeat play works in the new Microsoft edge but stopped working for Internet Exp 11. Clearing cookies did not work. Will try to figure it out

I'm having the same problem as well.

Think its 'jwplayer' media player might be the issue. Hope this gets fix sooner rather than later. I've been waiting for two weeks to watch 'The Heights' episode 4, it finally got loaded last night.... and now this.
