real player problem for mac

guys i am suffering from this problem the real player not working with my MAC so that i watch my shows. just lost 20 points only trying to open the episde , i down graded my real version but still the same . any help

when i was using real player sp the latest version " could not connect to link " something like that . and when i down graded the version i got this massage " Requested file not found. The link you followed may be outdated or inaccurate''
