I too am not a coffee drinker, once in a blue moon I get a craving for a cappuccino. I take BC Powder's mostly, but I do have other med's for them. I actually use both heat and ice, I use  ice packs on my head and neck. Then I take the moist heat (that I heat in microwve) and alternate it with the pack on my neck.
LOL Barb, us girls have got Gary out numbered, you, Tina and me. There's way too much estrogen in here, for just about any man.

Hey Barb, I must of just missed ya last night, I haven't been to sleep yet. That darned band played all night long...even w/the lil' blue pill's!! I even tried switching to another show, thinking that I may be too obsessed with Sg-1. It didn't work, I was still up all night. I won't be doing that again. I could have watched 5-6 more episodes. Hmmph!!
Oh well, it is a beautiful sunny day here and it's cooling down. It's only 90'F, I can see winter right around the corner.......LOL
Hope you helped solve someones problem's, you're so good at that, You are little Ms, Fix-it and you should where that title proudly.

Barb, we'd better watch out for any new changes in Tina's personality, good thing we lnow what to do if one of those those Goa'uld's gets her. We'll just hop through the Iris to Samaria and Thor's Hammer will knock that beastly Goa'uld right out of her.

Okay, I may be blonde, but puleeeaase!!! I know all about the Iris, eh, um aren't you the one who left it open the other day, therefore most likely allowing a Goa'uld in. Like the one that has detroyed that room and wrote the graffiti all over it.

How long is that limited time offer? I'm still thinking about all those side affects, weighing my odds. I'll soon be watching Sg1 S2, I've been kind of off & on the site for couple of day's, so I'm still in S1. I guess after Sg-1, I'll be watching Stargate Atlantis. I still have a while to go, before I get close to that. Thank God, I don't want to run out of shows to watch......LOL
