How Do I Change My Password ? and ?

Hi i have been having some problems with mt account...
1. shows showing up in my viewing list that i have not watched totaling over 30points
2.when im on this website i keep getting this weird pop ups (only happens on this website)

so i really need to change my password and see if this make any difference plz

Help

I managed to change my password thanks for the help
But when i look in my viewing history there is still shows that i havnt watched ive lost over 30points so far help!!

Ive Changed my Password and still shows i have not watch still appear in my viewing history but i will mgs that person thanks
