Bug Reports for last two months.<br><div><br></div><div>Nightflyers - Season 01 - Episode 02 is the same as Season 01 - Episode 01.</div><div><br></div><div>Star Wars Resistance - S01E3 & S01E4 are exactly the same.</div><div><br></div><div>Grey Anatomy's S09E11- half of the episode is missing (latter half. Yeah, that is weird. It seemed like the episode jumped. It does the same thing in SD and HD format so, that won't solve the problem.

Tech support may have to reload the episode or something. Sorry ab ...

I was watching season 1, episode 2 of Away but had to give up half way through. Bearing in mind the show is based on astronauts of different nationalities on a mission to Mars, with each government having their own agenda and speaking in their own language, we have a show with around 4+ different languages with pretty much all of the important plot lines playing out in those languages and.. no subtitles.<div><br></div><div>I imagine the remainder of the season is going to require subtitles also, but am reluctant to watch on VIPTV until its been confirmed that every episode has working subtitles.</div><div><br></div><div>Could we have subtitles added for each episode, please, as, without which, this excellent series is unwatchable?</div>

It still has 3 repeated episodes:

1 = Pilot
2 = Homesick
3 = Secrets
4 = Birds of a Feather

5 = Homesick                                            -repeat of 2
6 = Secrets                                               -repeat of 3
7 = Birds of a Feather                               -repeat of 4

8 = End Of The World As We Know It

Could you please, please, please fix episodes 5, 6 and 7 (and refund me episode 5) - or at least let us know you've acknowledged this post and it's on the To-Do list? Absolutely love this show!

When trying to play the video will not start and it just shows the following error message:
"This video cannot be played
(Error code: 224003)"

However, it has reduced my points by 3 - could they be refunded please.

Hi,
I was wondering if you could fix the search function?

Currently, if I try to search for a film/tv program and a number of results are returned, there's the "more" option.

Clicking on "more" however will only show up to ten results. Clicking on the "more" button again doesn't show any further results.

So, for example, I'm trying to see if I can watch the tv series called "Dark". Whilst I can find it (by selecting tv series that start with "D", rather than using the search function) I still cannot work out how to get to series 1 (or even if you have series 1).
I can find series 3 - do you have series 1 and 2, and if so, how can I get to it?

Shogun Season 1 - S01E04 The Eightfold Fence

No subtitles

Previous episodes have had subtitles. The show is 95% Japanese speaking and impossible to understand without subtitles.
Could you please add subtitles and also refund points as it's incomprehensible without?

It looks as though S01E05 Broken to the Fist also doesn't have subtitles (but I didn't watch this one - just noticed the subtitle icon is missing at the bottom of the video)

Halo Season 2 - S02E07 Thermopylae - No subtitles

Halo has a lot of dialog in a made-up alien language! (called "Sangheli")
There is a significant amount of dialogue in this made-up language, and no subtitles in S02E07 Thermopylae, making it impossible to know what is going on.
Could you please make sure that subtitles are included for shows that have foreign language/made-up language as it is impossible to know what's going on in the show without them.
