Hi my screen name is TimeLady and I've lost 4 points. When I click on the episode I get an error message and my points are taken away even though I haven't seen the show yet...someone help I know it's only 4 points but that's two episodes that I haven't watched gone down the drain. As you can see I've bolded the episodes that I was charged for but I wasn't able to view.
edit: actually it's now 6 points b/c since this edit i've tried to access episode 21 of Criminal Minds on the US server for two times... and every time it keeps on giving me an error message. I've actually switched to the EU server and it works better... but I'd like to get my 6 points back please.
